Tossed Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
2 oz skinless boneless chicken breast1/4 of a ripe tomato -diced 3 cups iceburg lettuce2 T Ranch dressing1/2 C seedless grapes- halved
Directions
Broil chicken and dice into bite size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomato,grapes and chicken. Add ranch dressing (fat-free may be substituted) and toss. This is a very filling and satisfying entress.
