Ham and Pea Soup with Dumplings

Ingredients
Broth 4 c. ham stock 2 can (303 x 406) peasDumplings 1 large fresh egg 1 c. white flour 1 c. milk 2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
In a large pot, mix peas and ham broth. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, make dumplings

In a small bowl, beat 1 egg. Add 1 c. skim milk. Mix 1/4 c. flour, 2tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt together in another bowl, and then add to the wet ingredients. Keep adding flour a little bit at a time until a stiff dough is formed.

Drop dough by spoonfuls into the simmering soup. Cover with a lid, and simmer for about 20 minutes...don't take the lid off!
