Low Fat Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 -- 4oz chicken breasts sauteed in ONLY THE WATER from can mandarin oranges mixes with 2 tsp organic soy sauce. Cook until water boils off and chicken is browned.Toss chicken into large salad bowl. To it add2T sliced almonds1T sesame seeds1/3 cup drained mandarin oranges3 minced small carrots1 yellow bell pepper minced.In a separate bowl use salad spinner to wash and dry:3 c EACH of finely shredded green cabbage and romaine heartsToss the greens with the other bowl of ingredients. In a separate bowl make dressing.1/4 cup bolthouse farms yogurt honey mustard dressing whisked with 2 T rice vinegar and 2 T water to thin dressing.Pour this dressing over salad. Toss with tongs to coat and serve.Serves 2 a large entree, or up to 6 as a side salad.
