Dr. Oz's Pumpkin-Chia Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1 TBLS Chia Seeds, ground1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup White Flour2 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Nutmeg2 Tsp Baking Soda1/2 Tsp Salt16 oz can pure pumpkin2 eggs1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup1 TBLS Vanilla1/2 cup Chopped WalnutsMix together all of the dry ingredients.Mix together all of the wet ingredients.Fold Wet ingredients into dry ingredients.Pour into greased or lined muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

    I loved this. Not sure why the calorie count of this recipie is different that that of the other same recipe listed on this site. ALSO, I made a batch using apple sauce instead of the olive oil - VERY GOOD and lower calorie - 3/22/08
