Rainbow Chard with Red Quinoa and Walnut Sauce

1/4 cup cooked red quinoa10 oz package rainbow chard1/2 cup water2 tbs Walnut/Garlic/Tamari sauce (another recipe)
1. Combine 1 cup red quinoa with 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Use 1/4 cup and save the rest for other meals.
2. Dump the whole 10 oz bag of chard in a big skillet with 1/2 cup water. Steam for 5-10 minutes.
3. Spoon chard onto a big plate and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of quinoa.
4. Pour 2 Tbs Walnut/Garlic/Tamari sauce over the chard (thin with water if too thick to pour).
5. Enjoy!
