3 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1 Tbsp Red Wine VinegarSplash Lemon JuiceSeasonings to taste: Basil, Garlic, Sea or Kosher Salt, Pepper, whatever1/2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese together, pour over salad, sprinkle grated Parmesan over top
