Taco Soup

Ingredients
ground beefonion, chopped2 cans whole corn2 cans Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilis)1 can black beans2 cans chicken broth2 jars salsa (medium, or 1 hot, 1 mild)1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Brown ground beef and cook onions in a large pot. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until heated through.

    I made with beef broth and added some sliced celery, pretty good! I also reduced the taco seasoning and rinsed the beans to try and cut down on sodium. - 10/18/11
