•1 Unsalted Rice Cake•1 Tbsp Sugar Free Strawberry Jam•1/4 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese•1 Medium Sized Strawberry•1/2 tsp Splenda or similar sugar substitute
•Take one plain, unsalted Rice Cake and spread Sugar Free Strawberry Jam on top in a thin layer.
•Spread Cottage Cheese in a thin layer on top of the jam.
•Sprinkle Splenda lightly on top of the cottage cheese.
•Cut up the Strawberry in small pieces and arrange on top of cottage cheese.
•Eat and enjoy with fewer than 100 calories and no fat! Yum! They're filling, and they look beautiful for serving too. You can substitute mini rice cakes for the large rice cake for fun party snacks also!
