Eggplant Surprise

Ingredients
2 eggplants,2 onions, 2 peppers, 2 zuccini/squash, 2 containers of mushrooms, (add any other vegetables to taste)
Directions
Chop all vegetables and saute in a large frying pan with tomato sauce. add salt, pepper and sugar to taste
