Carmine's Creamed Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter2 Tablespoons Flour1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup 2% Milk1/4 Teaspoon Pepper2 Small tomatoes2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
Directions
Slice tomatoes, season, and lightly coat in flour. Place in pan with butter and grill. Once tomatoes are crispy remove them from pan. Add remaining flour and milk to pan. Create base for "cream". Add tomatoes back in and cook until tomatoes have completely broken down and mixture is heated through. Stir frequently.
