Asian Cole Slaw

Ingredients
2 cups green cabbage, chopped2 cups red cabbage, chopped1/2 cup finely sliced onion1/2 cup carrots, grated or finely slicedjuice of 1/2 lime2 teaspoons sesame oil2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion and carrot. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well.
