Ingredients:Beef, round steak, 3 lb Kale, 4 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices Leeks, 2 leek Parsley, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup *Kitchen Basic Unsalted Beef Stock ( 1 cup ro 240ml), 2 cup *Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, 6 tsp Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 16 oz
Directions
brown beef in large skillet, add 1-2 tbsp flour, add mushrooms, add 1/2 c. beef broth and 1-2 tbsp flour. cook until mushrooms are soft. add leeks, kale and parsley. add the rest of the beef broth and add flour 1-2 tbsp at a time.
