Oat Porridge with peanut butter

Ingredients
40 gms rolled oats (certified gluten free)150 gms skimmed milk20 gms (scant tablespoon)(water to thin to your desired consistency)
Directions
Put oats and milk into a large (at least 2 pint) microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture boils
Stir in the peanut butter until it melts and incorporates into the mixture
Microwave on half power until it reaches your desired thickness. If too thick add a little water.

Serving Size: Makes one hearty breakfast
