8 oz. ground turkey8 oz. ground beef2 pkgs. reduced fat cresent rolls2 small cans tomato sauce1 can mushrooms8 oz. shredded cheddar cheesegarlic to tastesalt & pepper to tasteitalian seasoning to taste
Brown ground turkey and beef together. Drain.
Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, and beef mixture. Evenly spread on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Top beef mixture with cheese.
In a seperate bowl combine sour cream and seasonings. Place a spoonful of sour cream mixture into each crescent roll and roll up.
Line cresent rolls up evenly on pan (eight rows of two).
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crescent rolls are cooked.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings. Serving size is two crescent rolls.
