Ingredients
Peas, frozen, 4 cup (remove)*Potatoe Raw, 21 oz (remove)Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced (remove)Corn Starch, .25 cup (remove)*Carnation non-fat canned milk, 12 tbsp (remove)
Directions
cook potatoes and peas together in water just covering, until potatoes are tender. Add ham. Add 1/4 Cup corn starch to 3/4 cup milk. While stirring, add milk and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
