Cilantro-lime Dressing and Marinade

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped1 tsp honey2 tsp Dijon mustard1 T balsamic vinegar1/2 cup cilantro, packed1/3 cup olive oil Salt
Combine lime juice, orange juice, jalapeņo, garlic, honey, mustard, and vinegar in a food processor or blender until peppers and garlic are chopped fine. Add olive oil while in a steady stream while food processor is running until well combined. Add cilantro and pulse a few times to combine. Season with salt to taste.
