Israel-Style Chopped Salad

One large cucumber, peeled and seeded, choppedOne medium tomato, seeded, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, seeded, chopped3/4 can of large black olives, drained 1 TB fresh lime juice1 clove minced garlicsalt, pepper to taste1 TB balsamic or other flavorful vinegar1 medium Haas Avacado, chopped (add as garnish)
Seed and chop vegies, add garlic, olives, vinegar, lime juice, salt & pepper. Toss well. Add avacado after serving to keep them chunky and improve visual appearance.
Serving Size: 1/2 of recipe for a good sized bowl.
