Ingredients
*Earthrise Spirulina Powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Wheatgrass Organic powder (Melrose), 2 gram(s) (remove)Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (remove)*Almond Milk w/ Calcium, 1 cup (remove)diatomaceous earth, 1 serving (remove)Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Shove the ingredients into your blender. I recommend putting the powders in the middle, so they don't get stuck in bottom or washed up on the sides.
