Juju's White Chicken Chili--Slow Cooker

1 large Onion, chopped3 cloves Garlic, minced 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried,1 tbsp Basil, dried SaltPepper4 cups homemade Chicken Broth5 cups Water 12 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce1/2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, Corn Starch (optional)
Serving Size: makes 6 2-cup servings
Chop onion and add to bottom of slow cooker. Mince garlic and stir into onion. Layer chicken breasts on top. Add all other ingredientsin order listed, except corn. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Add corn at last few minutes of cooking time. Shred chicken breasts.
Add Corn starch for thickness if desired.
