Bulgur Salad

Ingredients
Bulgur, dry, 2 cup Water, boiling, 2 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1.5 tspLemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 10 tomatoes halvedCucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber, diced
Directions
Boil water and add to bulgur in large bowl. Allow to sit for 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

Add other ingredients, mix, and enjoy!
