Vegan Stawberry Banana Pancake Topping

Ingredients
1 c. Fresh Strawberry, sliced1/2 c Fresh Banana, Sliced1/3c Maple syrup2 tsp soy milk4 oz Silken Tofu, cubed 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp ginger1/3 c unsweetened coconut1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
If not done already, slice banana, strawberry and tofu. mix all in food processor until smooth, should be somewhat thin. mix until you like the constancy.
