Tuna Marinara

Ingredients
1/2 onion 3 cloves of garlic TB olive oil 1 lg can of Tuna packed in water (I used 2- 6 oz cans) 2 cans of diced tomatos 1 small can of tomato paste Seasonings to taste - Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme. (I really like Basil so I used about 2TB)
Directions
Chop onion and garlic and saute in olive oil until translucent. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste and drained tuna. Stir well and add seasonings to taste. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over pasta or rice. Makes about 6 servings of 1/2 cup.
