Blueberry Pear Compote

Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Pears, fresh, 1 pear, large (approx 2 per lb) Coconut Milk (Silk), 1 cup Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 5 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop blueberries and pear and let simmer for
8-10 minutes in a pot of water (or coco milk)
with cinnamon and agave.
Remove pot from heat and add chia seeds,
and stir frequently for 2 minutes – stir 1
more minute and then let sit in refrigerator
for at least 4 hours before serving. Can serve
cold or warm. To warm, microwave for 30
seconds or add to heated coco milk or rice
dream. Top each serving with almonds.
