Ingredients:Butternut Squash, 350 grams (remove)*Veg - Maris Piper Potato, 200 gram(s) (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Paprika, 2.5 tbsp (remove)Milk, 3.25%, 250 mL (remove)
Directions
Cut all veg into cubes / small pieces . PLace in pan with butter and sweat for 10 mons on a medium heat. Add the oxo stock cubes and a litre of water and simmer for 30 - 40 mins. Add milk at end and blend
