Ingredients
Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, .5 serving Egg white, large, 1 serving Scrambled Egg, 1 large Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
Directions
Chop the veggies, sautee with salt & pepper. Whisk together one egg and one egg white while onion and pepper are heating up. Scramble in with veggies. Add cheese. Top onto toasted english muffin.

Serving Size: makes 1 egg & veggie topped half english muffin
