Parmesan Oven Fries

Ingredients
¨ù cup grated Parmesan cheese¨ö teaspoon garlic salt¨ù teaspoon paprika¨û teaspoon cayenne pepper1¨ö tablespoons olive oil, divided4 small red potatoes, quartered2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees; place a large
rimmed baking sheet in oven. Combine
Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and
cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Place ¨ö
tablespoon oil in a large bowl. Add potatoes;
toss to coat. Add Parmesan mixture; toss.
Remove baking sheet from oven and carefully
coat with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Place
potatoes on pan; roast 15 minutes. Flip
potatoes; roast 10 to 15 minutes longer or until
tender and browned. Toss with parsley before
serving.
