Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Dijon

¨ù teaspoon salt¨û teaspoon dried oregano¨û teaspoon dried thyme¨û teaspoon pepper2 small cloves garlic, minced¨ú lb pork tenderloin2 tablespoons Dijon mustard2 teaspoons olive oil2 dashes hot sauce---------------------------------------------------------------

garlic. Rub pork with spice mixture. Combine
Dijon mustard, oil and hot sauce in a small
bowl. Brush pork evenly with half of Dijon
mixture. Place on a roasting pan; bake 15
minutes. Baste with remaining mustard mixture.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes longer or until
thermometer reads 145 degrees. Let stand 3
minutes before slicing.
