Oat Bran Bread

Oat Bran, 226 grams or 8ozSkim milk), .5 cupfat free fromage frais, 125 grams*Natural wheat bran, 2 tbsp*Bicarbonate of Soda, 0.2 tbsp or 1 teaspoon
Mix together all the dry ingredients then add the yoghurt and milk to make a spongy light mixture.
Add more milk if it is too dry.
Lightly oil a mini bread tin and fill with the mixture.
Smooth the top and put in an oven at 200C for 20-25 mins.
Turn out and slice when cool.
Serving Size: Makes 6 pieces
