2 cups canned chick peas, drained and well rinsed.3TBS fat free sweetened condensed milk3 TBS hot brewed coffee1/4 cup cocoa powder3 tsp splenda
In a food processor, mix well drained chock peas, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Slowly add hot coffee until you reach the desired consistency. Use more or less as needed. Add Splenda, tasting as you go until you reach the desired sweetness.
It will be slightly grainy at this point. Refrigerate for 4 hours for flavors to meld and splenda to melt. Stir well before serving,
