Half Pound Ground Turkey1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs (Panko)ParsleyOreganoBasil1/2 Cup Onion1 Tablespoon Worcheshire6 oz Red Wine1 Large Egg1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
Brown balls in oil on all sides. Add red wine and Kitchen Bouquet. Cook 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs turning regularly on low heat
