Skinny Curried Cauliflower Bites

Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)Egg Whites 1/4 cup 0.25 cupFage - 0%, plain, 8 ozCurry powder, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
Preheat your oven to 450 F.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Wash, dry and grate cauliflower using a food processor (to the consistency of rice).
Stir fry the “cauliflower rice” until the cauliflower is slightly translucent.
Place in a bowl and let cool.
Place all other ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the “cauliflower rice” and blended ingredients. Mix completely.
Drop by spoonfuls or cookie baller onto parchment paper.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool.
