2 to 2.5 pound Chuck roast trimmed and cut into bite size pieces1 large yellow onion1 package of mixed frozen vegetables1 package of frozen okra1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix2 to 4 tablespoons of Worstershire SauseWater to cover

spray crockpot, add all ingredients, cover and cook on low 8 hours
