Ingredients
1 egg, beaten2 tbsp. D. C. Protein Powder1 1/2 tsp. non-fat dry milk1 tbsp. Diet Lite Sweetener1/4 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. nutmeg1/8 tsp. cloves1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 apple, grated2 tbsp. unprocessed bran
Directions
Combine beaten egg, protein powder, milk, sweetener, soda and spices with vanilla. Beat well. Add grated apple and bran. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
