1 cup Brown Rice Flour1 cup Tapioca Starch1/2 cup Sorghum Flour3 teaspoons Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon Salt1-1/2 cup Warm Water1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Fast Acting Yeast2 Tablespoons Sugar2 Tablespoons Olive Oil3 Egg Whites (slightly beaten)1 teaspoon Vinegar
combine dry flours (brown rice, tapioca starch, sorghum flour,salt and xanthan gum) in a large bowl stir well. In a measuring cup add 1 1/2 cups of warm water, sugar and yeast stir and let sit to proof. In a small bowl add olive oil, 3 egg whites and vinegar and whip for three minutes. Add all ingredients to the flour mixture and mix with a mixer for three minutes. Grease a bread pan. Add dough to the bread pan and smooth the top. Put in a warm place to rise (about 1hr) till bread is risen the top of the pan. Then Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
