4 Baked or Poached boneless skinless chicken breast3 cups Raw zuccini1 large Yellow onion8 Green Onions2 cloves Raw Garlic2 Tbl Canola Oil24 Sweet Mini Peppers4 oz uncooked Spaghetti
Bake or poach chicken breast with no seasonings.
Cook pasta according to directions with no salt.
Chop onion, Sweet mini peppers, Scallion, Zuccini, and garlic. Add oil to very hot Wok drop all veggies into hot oil and chow for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. To serve, each person receives 1/4 of cooked pasta, 1 chopped chicken breast, 4 tablespoons of Kung Pao sauce and 1/4 of veggies.
