4 apples, cut into cubes, skin on1 pckg fat free, sugar free butterscotch pudding mix1 20oz can of crushed pineapple undrained1 small container of Lite or fat free cool whip
Cut apples, place in bowl. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding mix over apples. Add pineapple and Cool Whip. Stir and refrigerate. Enjoy!

I mix the dry pudding with the crushed pineapple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. I mix this into the apples, then I mix fat free whipped topping into the mix. Delicious and very low in fat and low in calories. Great dish to take to gatherings. Be prepared for requests for the recipe! - 2/3/08
