Biscuit Sausage Egg Bake

eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cheddar and mozzerella cheeses, one can buttermilk biscuits (preferably low fat!)
Cook meat. Preheat oven to 425. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray. Place uncooked biscuits evenly in dish. In a separate bowl crack eggs and whisk. Add milk. Drain grease thoroughly from meat, add to bowl and stir. Add 1 tsp salt and pepper (and any other seasonings you may like, like garlic or onion). Stir. Pour evenly on top of biscuits in dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove aluminum foil carefully so not to pull apart biscuits. Bake for 5-10 more minutes until biscuits appear golden brown. Cool for at least 5 minutes.
