Gluten Free Cranberry Ginger Orange Zest Scones

1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt1 tsp Baking Soda1/2- 3/4 Cup Dried Cranberries1 Egg1 Tbsp Agave Nectar1 Tbsp HoneyOrange Zest (whole orange)
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
1. In a large bowl combine almond flour, quinoa flour, salt, and backing soda.
2. In a small bowl combine egg, honey, and agave nectar
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
4. Knead dough with hands if necessary.
5. Form dough into 2 small circles and press flat on parchment paper into a 1/2 inch thick circle.
6. Cut each circle into quarters like a pizza with a knife.
7. Transfer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
9. Serve.
