Ingredients
1/2 cup lentils (dry)1 tbsp. oil1 small onion1 small carrot1 tbsp. curry powder2 cup vegetable stock1 tbsp. tomato puree
Directions
just put everything in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours.
1 garlic clove can be added if required.
