Chicken, Spinach and White Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast2 15oz cans of white beans1 10oz box of frozen chopped spinach2 large carrots (diced)2 tbls. olive oil2 cloves of garlic (finely diced)2 cups of chicken stock1 medium onion (diced)1 tsp. white pepper1 tbls. Spike seasoning
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until the carrots are tender, approximately 30-45 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings
