Oatbran Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oatbran300 mls cold water1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour1 cup white flour1/4 cup gluten flour1/4 cup ground millet2 Tbsp trim milk powder2 tsp salt4 tsp dried yeast (with improvers)150mls boiling water2 Tbsp oil2 Tbsp honey
Directions
Soak Oatbran (overnight if possible) in 300 mls of cold water
Add Oil and Honey to Boiling water then add to above mixture
Add dry ingredients and place in breadmaker

Serving Size: Approx 12 slices
