Corn Pudding

Ingredients
4 T butter, softened2 T sugar2 T flour1 t salt2 eggs1/2 C egg substitute2 C fresh corn1 1/3 evaporated skim milk
Directions
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and egg substitute; beat mixture well. Stir in corn and evaporated milk. Pour into a buttered 2 qt casserole. Bake 45 min at 375, stirring *once* during baking. When done, the pudding will be golden brown and of custard consistency.
