Ingredients
2 bnls sknls chicken breasts in 1" pieces14 oz. chicken broth20 oz. can pineapple chunks with juice1/4 C. vinegar2 T. brown sugar2 tsp. brown sugar2 tsp. soy sauce1 garlic clove1/2 green bell pepper, chopped3 T. cornstarch
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours or pressure on high 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
