baked pumpkin with mixed fruit

Ingredients
cinnamon to taste, I add at least a tablespoon because I like heavy cinnamon taste plus the health benefits.Also, I used tapioca flour not arrowroot but that was the closest on the list.I do not use flour as I try to eliminate gluten.
Directions
mix all together. put into a sprayed 8 x 10 rectangular pan. cook at 350 for 60 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
