Low carb strawberry ice cream

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1 3/4 cups heavy cream2 cups frozen strawberries1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup splenda
Directions
Add everything to a blender and whip it up...

You can then put it in an ice cream maker for 15 minutes if desired.

OR just freeze...you can eat it soft serve right out of the blender...YUUUUUMMMM

    The flavor is great, nice and refreshing, however, it did not thicken up as even soft ice cream until frozen. Hubby said it would make a great milkshake if thickened up even some before freezing :) I do plan on trying again. - 9/27/18
