Chocolate Cake-In-A-Mug

Ingredients
4 tbsp almond flour, 1/4 cup carrot puree, 1 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder, 4 packets of stevia, pinch of baking powder, 2 egg whites and 2 tbsp coconut or almond milk.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mug and cook in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
