Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 5 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*French Vanilla Flavoring, 0.5 tbsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) (to taste, I tend to use less sugar)1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Peel and cut up apples. Melt butter in a Sauce pan, put in cut up apples, vanilla, sugar (to taste) in pan. Cover and simmer until apples are tender. Serve.
