Ingredients
graham cracker crust8 oz. light cool whip1/2 cup splenda8 oz. Neufchatel cheese1 tbs. lemon juice
Directions
Mix room temperature Neufchatel cheese, Splenda and lemon juice with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add cool whip, mix until combined and fluffy. Add to 6oz. graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm.
