Sultana Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup Salt, 0.5 tsp Baking Powder, 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 100 grams Milk, 2%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Sultanas (or raisins), 0.5 cup, packed
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients
Add the sultanas
Melt butter in pot
Mix egg and milk together
Take butter off heat and carefully add egg and milk
Pour butter egg and milk to the dry ingredient and fold
Divide mixture into muffin tin (makes 12 muffins)

Cook in a 220 degree Celcius oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown
