Spicy western omlette

Ingredients
1 extra large fresh egg,2 Tbsp. light coffee cream (5%)2 Tbsp. mild salsa.25 Cup Kraft Cheez-Whiz light1 tsp garlic powder1 Tbsp. dried onion flakesHalf slice of peameal (Canadian) bacon
Directions
Wisk egg with light (5%) cream, adding garlic powder and onion flakes for taste. Pour into low heated sauce pan. Swish mixture until sets. Add half slice to peameal lightly cooked and then slivered onto one side, top with green onion and salsa. Flip one half onto the other to finish cooking with burner turned off. Melt cheeze-whiz light with half&half cream and Thai seasoning and pour over top.
